In 1982 has protected professor the dissertation on a theme: " Man-computer systems of acceptance of the decisions in conditions of the limited resources ". With 1976 for 1992 worked the chief computer of division of academic institute of Russion Academie. With 1992 for 1996 headed firm "Disk". With 1996 for 2002 the manager of a department CEK at Government of Russian Federation. With 2002 and till this to put the senior lecturer of faculty of "business - analyst" of faculty BI HSE.
