Joe Borges
Joe is currently a Senior Technical Specialist with BMO Financial Group, one of Canada's top financial institutions. Joe has been employed at BMO for the past 27 years and has spent the past 25 years working with DB2 in various capacities. Joe specializes in DB2 for z/OS application & system performance; and database & application design for performance & high availability.
Joe has been an IDUG volunteer since 2002. He is currently on the IDUG Board of Directors as Vice President of Global and Regional Events. His past responsibilities include IDUG-North America Conference Planning Committee roles such as Presentations Team Lead, Co-Chair and Chair for the IDUG-North America 2007 conference.
Joe is also currently serving on the committees of the Central Canada DB2 Users Group and the BMO Financial Group Database Users Group
