As Senior Vice President, Global Sparkling Brand Center, Wendy Clark is responsible for the global leadership of our Sparkling brands and businesses, led by trademark Coca-Cola.  In this role, Clark oversees brand strategy and integrated marketing communications, including global design, content excellence, media connections, interactive and community marketing, experiential marketing and partnerships at The Coca-Cola Company.

Under Wendy’s guidance, her team has achieved a great deal during her time at the Company, including leadership of The Coca-Cola System’s largest-ever marketing activation for the 2010 FIFA World Cup in more than 160 countries. Her team has a leading industry voice on evolved consumer engagement under their Liquid & Linked communications strategy, leveraging the power of authentic brand stories that spread through owned, earned, shared and paid media connections to create shared value.

In 2011, Fast Company magazine cited Wendy as the Brand Refresher on its top ten list of innovative Business Disruptors and the Advertising Women of New York (AWNY) recognized Wendy as their 2011 Advertising Woman of the Year.

In 2009 and 2010 FORTUNE featured Wendy in its “40 Under 40” issue, ranking as the highest woman in 2010 (#15). She was also named one of four “Women to Watch” by FORTUNE.  

Prior to joining The Coca-Coca Company, Wendy was senior vice president, advertising for AT&T, the world’s largest telecommunications company. From delivering the iconic AT&T “globe” logo into the 21st Century to making the “Your World. Delivered.” tagline synonymous with AT&T, Wendy was at the helm of the company’s most ambitious and aggressive re-branding and advertising campaign in its history.

Wendy’s efforts were recognized in November 2007, upon her induction into the American Advertising Federation’s Advertising Hall of Achievement. In addition, AdAge magazine cited Clark as “one of the most important women in marketing” in its “Women to Watch” 2007 issue.

Prior to joining AT&T, Wendy served as senior vice president and director of client service at Omnicom shop, GSD&M.

Wendy is vice chair of the American Advertising Federation, an advisory board member of IDEO.org and serves on the board of trustees for the Atlanta International School. She holds a BA/English from Florida State University and lives in Atlanta with her husband and three children.

Leahy was Chief Executive of Tesco until March 2011 and is known for transforming the supermarket industry in Britain, growing Tesco to the largest chain in the country and the world’s third largest retailer, as well as disrupting the businesses of its competitors through innovations such as the Clubcard. Since the early 1990s Tesco has increasingly diversified geographically and into areas such as the retailing of books, clothing, electronics, furniture, petrol and software; financial services; telecoms and internet services; DVD rental; and music downloads.

Experts credit Leahy’s success to his hands-on style and marketing prowess, while Leahy places focus on experience and low-key leadership. Sir Terry Leahy, who is 54, was appointed Chief Executive of Tesco PLC in March 1997. He received a Knighthood for services to food retailing in the 2002 New Year Honours.

Born on February 28, 1956, he was educated at St. Edwards College, Liverpool and then went on to the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology where he gained his BSc (Hons) in management sciences. Terry joined Tesco in 1979 as a Marketing Executive and was promoted to Marketing Manager in 1981. From 1984 to 1986 he held the position of Marketing Director for Tesco Stores Ltd. He was appointed Commercial Director of Fresh Foods in 1986. Appointed to the Board of Tesco PLC as Marketing Director in 1992, and was appointed Deputy Managing Director in February 1995.

He is a Director on the Liverpool Vision Regeneration Board and a Senior Advisor to the private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice. In March 2008, he was nominated by Retail Week as Retail Leader of the Year. From 2005 to 2010, he was voted as Britain’s Most Admired Leader by Management Today and in 2004 he was named European Businessman of the year by FORTUNE magazine. In 2010, he received the Daily Telegraph’s Award for a Decade of Excellence in Business, a Lifetime Achievement award from Director magazine and was voted Business Person of the Year by the Sunday Times. In March 2011, Leahy received two awards from Retail Week: the Lifetime Achievement Award and Retail Leader of the Year. Married with three children, Terry enjoys sports, reading, theatre and architecture in his spare time.

On June 7, 2012 Random House published Leahy’s first book, “Management in Ten Words,” in which he shares ten essential management lessons that emerged from his intensive turnaround of Tesco. The book will help managers across the world understand what makes a company great and inspire them to move theirs forward.

Manoj Saxena is General Manager, Watson Solutions, IBM Software Group. Manoj is a successful serial entrepreneur who has founded, scaled, and sold two venture-backed software companies within a five-year span. He was CEO of both Webify, an emerging leader in industry-specific SOA middleware, which was acquired by IBM in 2006 and of Exterprise, a business process collaboration software company that was bought by Commerce One in 2001. As EVP of Member Experience, Wayne Peacock leads an enterprise wide team that includes marketing, data & analytics, operations, channel management, sales and service. The team is focused on delivering exceptional experiences to help USAA's 9.4 million members build financial security. Wayne has held various positions since joining USAA in 1988.

Most recently, as Executive Vice President of Enterprise Business Operations, Wayne was responsible for operational governance and delivery of USAA's core business and technology capabilities. As Executive Vice President of Corporate Real Estate, he managed USAA's corporate real estate portfolio, including facility management and physical security for 7.5 million square feet of office space.

As Senior Vice President of Real Estate Investments, he led the team responsible for the acquisitions and development program for USAA Real Estate Company, a $5 billion subsidiary of USAA.

Wayne is a graduate of Tulane University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He has also completed executive education programs at the Center for Creative Leadership, Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, Harvard Business School, the Stanford Directors' Forum, and the Wharton School.

Wayne is currently on the executive committee of the San Antonio Economic Development Foundation and chairs the marketing committee. He also serves on the executive board of the Alamo Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America.  He is active in various industry and trade groups, and co-led the Mayor's Task Force on Corporate Recruitment and Retention in San Antonio. Greg has been part of the CEVA family since October 2001 and is based in Houston. During his tenure at CEVA, he has held a number of different roles within the CEVA Solutions organization. For the past 3 years, he has led the Americas Solutions organization, with responsibility for the North American product suite. In 2012, he assumed the additional responsibility for the Global Solutions Integration team, which includes the CEVA B2B product suite. He has recently accepted the role as head of Production Services for the Global Solutions. Greg has over 22 years of experience in the Supply Chain industry, spending a significant time with DHL Airways prior to joining CEVA. Tony brings a wealth of experience from many fortune 100 firms. Most recently he was Vice President of Supplier Management at Fidelity Investments. Tony started his career at GE and graduated from the Financial Management Program. With the goal of moving from the manufacturing industry to the services industry, Tony went to Travelers Insurance where he rose to Controller of the Telecommunications Division. During his nine year tenure, he worked on merger and acquisition teams for Metra-Health [the merger of Metlife and Travelers Healthcare businesses]. His final act at Travelers was during the merger of United Healthcare with Metra-Health where he was asked to lead a new Technology Procurement Department for the combined new United Health Group.

Tony also held senior management positions in various procurement functions at The Hartford and on Wall Street at both Smith Barney and AIG.

Tony graduated from Bentley College with a minor in Accounting, a B.S. in Marketing Management and he also holds an M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

In 2004 Phil joined Target as Director of Financial Systems and Business Intelligence Development for Target Technology Services. Phil was named Director, Product Design and Merchandise Presentation Development in 2006. He was promoted to Vice President, Target.com and Marketing Technology in 2008 and was responsible for application development for Target.com and Marketing. He delivered a multiyear effort to replatform and relaunch the new Target.com.

This program was one of Target’s key strategic initiatives to drive sales and traffic and provide an enhanced cross-channel shopping experience. One of the largest eCommerce replatforms ever delivered, it provided the foundation for Target’s multichannel transformation efforts. Following the replatform of Target.com, Phil took on responsibility for the support and stability of the overall guest experience, including fulfillment and guest advocacy; business process solutions and Target’s long-term multichannel operations and direct to guest supply chain strategies. Phil is currently Vice President, Target.com and Mobile Experience. He has responsibility for elevating the end-to-end guest experience on Target.com and its mobile platforms and driving guest conversion. He is responsible for digital experience including the site, mobile and in-store digital guest touchpoints. Prior to joining Target, Phil was a Senior Manager at Accenture, where he was a member of the Finance and Performance Management competency area. At Accenture, Phil specialized in large-scale global financial system implementations. Michael Haydock currently serves as a Vice President and Partner in IBM’s Business Analytics and Optimization Services Practice specializing in the area of Customer Intelligence.  Michael’s role within the practice is to build an analytical capability which leverages certain large scale computing technologies appropriate for massive data manipulation and advanced numerical analysis in a business setting where time to critical decision provides IBM customers with a key competitive advantage.

Dr. Haydock has worked with industrial clients in retail direct mail, retail store, agricultural chemicals, financial services, insurance, health care, telecommunications, aerospace and transportation.  He holds a U.S. Patent in “Efficient Customer Contact Strategies” and has published work in several journals that detail the application of mathematical methods in efficient customer treatments and improvements to optimize supply chains in the service of those customers.  These treatment strategies use marketing automation and portfolio management techniques to synchronize business responses across multiple retail contact channels or customer “touch-points” and numerical optimization techniques to insure the proper resource allocation is met at minimum investment risk.  Recent work has also included innovations in the area of pricing optimization and multi-dimensional clustering.  A highly regarded paper initially introducing the specialized area of longitudinal marketing strategy appears in the book “Industrial Applications in Operations Research” (MacMillan & Press).  Research efforts applying novel clustering and optimization strategies are currently being conducted at electronics retailer Best Buy (Minneapolis, MN) and General Motors (Detroit, MI).

Prior to joining the IBM team Michael served as a Vice President of Business Intelligence at Hewlett-Packard.  He has served as a founder, entrepreneur, and Director at eLicit, and Decision Intelligence, Inc.  Michael also served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Cray Research.  He has also held various marketing management and executive positions at Control Data Corporation, and has consulted with senior executives at SAS, Avaki, IBM, and several venture capital groups specializing in the technology markets.

Michael was awarded a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree from Florida Atlantic University, with a specialization in Marketing Management.  Michael holds a Ph.D. in Applied Management & Decision Sciences with a specialization in Operations Research at Walden University in Minneapolis, MN
