Overview
Announced in June 2011, IBM Sterling, Configure, Price, Quote is the follow-on product to Comergent Technologies and is a key component of IBM's Commerce portfolio aimed at enhancing the customer experience. IBM Sterling Configure, Price, Quote automates the configuration, pricing and quoting of complex products, services, and bundles; and can guide sales representatives, call center representatives, and partners in selecting and validating the right products for their customers.
