IBM Messaging Extension for Web Application Pattern V2.0 extends IBM Web Application Pattern V2.0 to help reduce the amount of time a cloud application writer can spend specifying, defining, and managing a WebSphere MQ messaging infrastructure required by applications. Application dependencies are identified by IBM Web Application Pattern, and Messaging Extension for Web Application Pattern provides the means to automatically provision the messaging resources to satisfy these dependencies every time the application is deployed. This removes the need for the application developer to perform these tasks. This consistent and repeatable cloud-deployed environment minimizes the time required to put applications into production. The Messaging Extension for Web Application Pattern is charged using a Processor Value Unit metric.
