The Secure Entry Management Solution is an important tool in maintaining written and visual records of access to private property or a secure location. Records can be stored and maintained either on-site or in a secure remote location The solution provides the highest degree of record integrity and safety. As a person enters the gate, door, etc., a camera captures the event. Capturing of the event can be initiated by the guard or done automatically by various means. That event will then automatically be saved, stamped with date and time of event, and shown as a pending event in the system for the guard. With the pending event record, the guard has the ability to enter additional information such as: name, purpose of visit, area visited or arrival by foot/vehicle. Should the guard not be available at the moment of the event occurrence, the event will be waiting for the guard to enter the needed information at the time of his return. Once additional information is entered into the record, it is moved to “In the Property” folder, which shows who is on the property at any time.
When person leaves property, guard only needs to access the record and check out person. System automatically removes entry from the “In the Property” folder to “Today’s Activities” folder. Past entries can be viewed at any time by date, visitor or category. And visit statistics can be retrieved for various purposes, such as employees’ time track. The system and event information can be easily customized.
