Integration with IBM Maximo® Asset Management
The solution provides bi-directional integration between the Retriever and IBM Maximo® systems using Web Services. The system in which (work order) data has been modified is responsible for notifying the other. For example, if a work order is created in IBM Maximo, it is responsible for notifying Retriever of the new work order. If the work order status is changed in Retriever, it is responsible for notifying IBM Maximo of the new work order status.
