The Lotus Forms Sample Catalog features new demos and robust, reusable sample forms to help jumpstart electronic forms deployments for faster time-to-value. The Patient Medical Record form shows the power of a Lotus Forms and how they can be used to provide easier access to data (even other forms). Based on a normal doctor's visit, this sample depicts a how medical providers can easily review past medical history, and quickly create new prescription and lab test request forms.
Lotus Forms' standards support is shown when prescription information is posted to a HL7 CDA database right from the Prescription form - using DB2 PureXML web services.
This sample kit includes a flash demo, sample script and fully featured sample forms.
