Rational Functional Tester Extension for Terminal-based Applications supports the testing of terminal-based applications.
Enables your teams to use the same tool for 3270 and 5250 applications that they rely on for testing Java and Web-based applications - namely, Rational Functional Tester.
- Enables automated testing of 3270 (zSeries) and 5250 (iSeries) applications via an Eclipse-hosted terminal emulator
- Permits usage of Rational Functional Tester or Rational Functional Tester Plus as a mixed workload environment testing tool
- Allows testers to apply their expertise to the mainframe environment while continuing to use the same testing tool used for Java, VS.NET and Web applications
