IBM WebSphere Appliance Management Centre V4.0 provides capabilities for centrally managing and monitoring groups of WebSphere DataPower appliances. WebSphere Appliance Management Centre is intended for deployments with two or more WebSphere DataPower appliances and which may also span multiple deployment environments (for example, development, test, production). WebSphere Appliance Management Centre serves as the control point for lifecycle management of firmware and configurations across one or more groups of appliances. Also included with the IBM WebSphere Appliance Management Centre is IBM Tivoli Composite Application Manager Agent for WebSphere DataPower Appliance which can be used to monitor key metrics from multiple appliances in a central location.

- Platform for one of the supported operating systems.
- Disk space - ensure the computer for installing WebSphere Appliance Management Centre meets the following disk space requirements:
- 2 GB free disk space on installation drive
- 1 GB temporary free disk space for installation files
- Additional disk space for log file growth - Memory - Minimum: 2 GB
