- New business user interface - Business Space powered by WebSphere permits customers to easily integrate business activity monitoring capabilities along with other BPM applications for holistic process management.
- Predict key performance indicator (KPI) values for future periods – Predictive capabilities take business activity monitoring to the next level by enabling users to pre-empt potential problems and take advantage of potential opportunities.
- Comprehensive KPIs - WebSphere Business Monitor offers an embedded metrics library of over 800 open standard Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on the APQC Process Classification Framework (PCF).
- Advanced problem detection - WebSphere Business Monitor can feed any KPI alerts to WebSphere Business Events to detect hidden patterns in the alerts and indicate a potential business problem that might otherwise go undetected.
