Payment, Cancellation, and Substitution Policies

Payment Policy Prices are in Australian dollars & include GST. Payment can be made by cheque, EFT, or credit card. Cheque and EFT payments will be available only until July 27, 2009. Only credit card payment will be accepted after July 27.

Cancellation Policy Registrants who are unable to attend the conference are entitled to a refund less AU$50 if Cognos receives the cancellation in writing by June 26, 2009. Registrants who provide written cancellation between June 27 and July 23 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after July 24, 2009.

Substitution Policy Substitutions within the same company are permitted. Please confirm substitutions by sending an email to cogforum@au1.ibm.com

Right of Refusal

This event is sponsored by Cognos an IBM Company, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the conference to any entity or individual. Cognos' receipt of an application and payment does not constitute acceptance until some form of acknowledgement or acceptance is sent (i.e. confirmation package); applications and payment that are not accepted will be returned within 30 days of receipt.
