Important Information:
- All customer sessions are one hour long.
- Speakers will be responsible for delivering a detailed white paper on their topic in addition to a PowerPoint presentation and will be required to participate in a thorough editorial and review process. An abstract will be developed based on information provided on the submission form.
- By submitting a proposal, you agree to that your session abstract and company name can be used in promotional materials such as the conference website, direct marketing pieces, the onsite guide, etc.
- All abstracts and company names will be made available on the conference website, in promotional materials and in the conference guide.
- A maximum of two speakers are permitted per session.
- You must have the permission of all speakers included in your submission before submitting a session abstract.
