The Conference Venue
The conference will be held at the state of the art Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. (link resides outside of ibm.com)
Accommodation
Accommodation at either Conrad Jupiters (link resides outside of ibm.com) or Sofitel Gold Coast (link resides outside of ibm.com) is included in the full conference package.
Payment Policy
Payment, Cancellation, and Substitution Policies Payment Policy Prices are in Australian dollars & include GST. Payment can be made by cheque, EFT, or credit card. Cheque and EFT payments will be available only until 22 October 2010. Only credit card payment will be accepted after 22 October 2010.
Cancellation Policy
Registrants who are unable to attend the conference are entitled to a refund less AU$50 if IBM receives the cancellation in writing by 30 September 2010. Registrants who provide written cancellation between October 1 and October 15 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after October 16, 2010.
Substitution Policy
Substitutions within the same company are permitted. Please confirm substitutions by sending an email to cogforum@au1.ibm.com.
Right of Refusal
This event is sponsored by IBM, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the conference to any entity or individual. IBM's receipt of an application and payment does not constitute acceptance until some form of acknowledgement or acceptance is sent (i.e. confirmation package); applications and payment that are not accepted will be returned within 30 days of receipt.
