Paul has held other several other operational and policy senior management positions in the department in Perth, Melbourne and Canberra.

Rachael is a chartered accountant with over 15 years' experience in commercial organisations. She has worked for NIWA for 7 years as the Group Management Accountant/ Business Analyst with key responsibility for data integrity, planning (budget/forecasting) and management reporting.

Graham currently leads IBM's Strategy and Transformation consulting practice for Australia & New Zealand and is also responsible for IBM's 'new markets' focus on the CMO and Marketing. Graham's current role includes consulting and leading a high performance consulting team focused on Strategy; Organisational Change; Supply Chain, Business Analytics Strategy, Campaign Management and Customer Experience working to build and execute strategies that deliver measurable business results.

Armand joined Australia Post as Manager Systems Support and Development. He has been in this role for 5 years and under his leadership, the number of models and users throughout the organisation has grown significantly, making it one of the largest TM1 sites in Australia. More recently he has successfully expanded the range of business analytic tools in Australia Post to include TM1 Contributor, Cognos Insight and SPSS.
