ASF for z/OS V3 R3 is the most up to date release of ASF for
those customers using the Document Composition function.
ASF/MVS V3 R2 is the most up to date release of ASF for those customers
using the Document Writing feature or the OV/MVS integration function.
Effective October 5, 2004, program services will be discontinued for the
Document Composition feature of ASF/MVS V3R2. This was announced in the following
announcement letters:

August 5, 2003
Customers using the Document Composition feature of ASF V3R2 should upgrade to ASF for z/OS V3R3.
In ASF V3R3, the Document Composition function is included in the base product. It's no longer a separate feature.
These customers should also consider ordering and installing the Document Connect feature for ASF V3R3,
which provides a Web client for document composition users.
Customers using the Document Writing feature of ASF V3R2 can continue to use ASF/MVS V3R2 with DW/370.
No end of support date has been
announced for ASF/MVS V3R2 with the Document Writing feature.
