Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your conference registration and receive a full refund, less a $100.00 USD processing fee, by sending an email to ibmvision@experient-inc.com no later than March 29, 2013. No refunds will be granted after March 29, 2013, although substitutions will be allowed at any time.

Special Conference Overnight Guest Room Rate
We have negotiated a special room rate of $195 per night single/double occupancy (plus tax) at the JW Marriott Orlando. This rate expires on April 29, 2013, however we encourage you to reserve your room early as the conference hotel has sold out prior to the cut-off date in prior years.

Hotel Refund and Cancellation Policy
Full Refund, no cancellation fee if cancelled five (5) days prior to your arrival.
Full Refund less 1 room night if cancellation is made four (4) days or less prior to your arrival.
