The IBM Support Portal makes it easy to navigate to product documentation. After you have specified the products you use from any part of the Support Portal, you will see the documentation for those products whenever you click the “Documentation.” link. Choose your products either by entering their names in the search box or by browsing.

IBM Information Centers contain online versions of the product documentation for all current software versions. Find Information Centers for your Business Analytics products through the links on the Documentation page/view within the IBM Support Portal. Once there, you can either browse the documentation collections via the table of contents to the left or simply search for specific content across all the documentation for your product release. After you find what you are looking for, you can use the built-in bookmarking functionality or right-click a link and copy the URL for that specific page and share it with your colleagues.

Tip: When browsing the IBM Support Portal, you can find Business Analytics software within the Information Management category.
