Contacting Technical Support
Business Analytics Technical Support is committed to providing excellent customer service at all times. If you are a customer or partner with a valid Software Subscription & Support agreement in place and you have a support-related issue, please contact us in one of the following ways:
- If you need to open a Service Request with the Support organization, use the IBM Support Service Request (SR) on-line tool. You will need your IBM Customer Number, which your Site Technical Contact can provide.
- If you want to open a Service Request using the telephone, consult the list of IBM Software Support phone numbers at http://www.ibm.com/planetwide to determine the correct number in your region. Again, you will need your IBM Customer Number.
Tip: before logging a call, you may want to search the Business Analytics knowledge base which includes over 50,000 Technotes and 1,000 Proven Practice documents as well as product documentation and APAR records. The vast majority of service requests logged relate to issues and questions covered within this expansive knowledge base.
