To better serve customer needs, IBM has transitioned to a self-service model for obtaining IBM SPSS product authorization codes and software for purchases after October 1st, 2010. Authorization codes and license keys received from SPSS prior to October 1st, as well as codes embedded in product packaging, will continue to be valid, so there is no need access the IBM SPSS License Key Center to request a new one in those situations.

How to get... Action
Authorization codes If you have ordered an IBM SPSS product that requires an authorization code, please log into the IBM SPSS License Key Center to generate your authorization codes for your software purchase or evaluation. Further information on how to generate your authorization codes is available within the License Key Center. Please note that if you are not the site primary or site technical contact, you will need to register for the site and get approved by a primary or technical contact for your site before you can gain access. The primary or technical contact in your company at your site Your primary and technical contacts receive all Proof of Entitlement information and software download notifications for your company. If you are unable to identify your primary and/or technical contacts, please email Client Care, clientcare@ca.ibm.com.
Downloads after your purchase Log into the IBM Software and Services site to download the software you are entitled to after your purchase. The login process will require your order information found on your IBM Proof of Entitlement certificate sent to your company after your purchase. Follow these instructions to download software:
Downloads for evaluations Log into the IBM SPSS Downloads Center to download evaluation copies of software.
Fixes and patches Fixes and patches are available on the IBM Support Portal. Be sure to choose your products to see fixes and patches available for your product.
Physical media Passport Advantage customers may obtain media from their Passport Advantage site. Customers who purchased their software outside of the Passport Advantage program should contact their IBM SPSS Sales team to request media.
Information about the SPSS Portfolio Latest news and information about the SPSS portfolio can be found on www.ibm.com/software/analytics/spss
Software support Go to www.ibm.com/planetwide for links or phone numbers to submit a service request. Your request will be reviewed and routed to the appropriate team who will call you back within two hours during normal business hours (one hour for severity 1 instances).
