Anuj is currently Program Director in the Predictive and Business Intelligence Solutions Marketing group. He focuses on strategy development, message creation, and go-to-market activities in the area of customer and operational analytics. Additionally, he focuses on Predictive Maintenance. He joined IBM in 2009, as part of the SPSS acquisition. Prior to joining SPSS, he worked as a consultant for Diamond Management and Technology Consultants and in various product development, manufacturing, and client-facing roles at an automotive Tier 1 supplier, Visteon Corporation. Anuj has earned a M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a mechanical engineering degree from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Dan Barrett is the IBM Business Analytics, Global Industrial Sector Solutions Leader. Prior to joining IBM Cognos, Dan served as the CFO of a manufacturing company. Dan is recognized as a leader in providing the expertise to deliver a full set of solutions that incorporate the IBM Cognos suite of performance management applications in the industrial sector, retail and supply chain vertical markets. Dan has represented IBM Cognos in hundreds of evaluations of Business Analytics and Optimization solutions with some of the world’s leading organizations, such as SAB Miller Brewing, Briggs and Stratton, Toro, Research in Motion, Dow Chemical, Dole Foods, GP Battery, Staples and Nordstrom’s. Dan currently drives the IBM Cognos solutions development process for Industrial Sector and Supply Chain; these solutions include the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Blueprint, the SCOR Blueprint, the Predictive Maintenance Solution, the Upstream Oil and Gas Blueprint, and Trade Promotions Management Blueprint.
