Tom WillmanTom Willman has over 20 years of finance, accounting and consulting experience across numerous industries. His experience has focused on helping CFOs and senior Finance executives to transform their service delivery models through the deployment of more efficient and effective processes, enabling technologies and organization structures. His fields of expertise include planning and forecasting, close and consolidations, management reporting and analysis and shared services design and implementation. Prior to joining Hackett, he spent 10 years with IBM Global Business Services and PwC Consulting in their Finance Transformation Practices and several years with the Audit and Assurance Practice at Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Willman holds an MBA from Duke University and a BBA in accounting from the University of Georgia.

With more than 25 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance and enterprise software, Doug helps IBM clients apply the practices and technology they need to drive breakthrough results in performance management, governance, risk and compliance processes. As Director of Product Marketing for IBM Business Analytics, he is responsible for sharing the depth and breadth of IBM software solutions to help organizations solve problems and deliver better results. Doug is a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Certified Public Accountant.
