Welcome to IBM ServicesAssistant! IBM ServicesAssistant is a tool for IBM
Business Partners to build IBM services proposals. If you are a registered user in
IBM ServicesAssistant, you may access the application using the following links. If
you are not a registered user, you will be able to access the application but not be
able to log onto the system.
You need Java Web Start to work with IBM ServicesAssistant. If you already have
Java Web Start installed, and you are a registered user, click Launch IBM
ServicesAssistant.
ISAT is available from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 21:00 ET.

Java Web Start. After installation, return to this page to start IBM
ServicesAssistant.
