What we look for in our candidates.
We want to build the best possible teams for the Extreme Blue™ projects and look at three main factors across all geographies:
- Skills
This is a short program with extremely challenging projects, so all teams are expected to hit the ground running.
- Experience
MBA students must have some business experience; although, you do not need experience in running a start-up, nor do you need to be experienced in writing code. For technical students, we are looking for strong experience in a technical industry in C, C++, or Java™ software development.
- Passion
We are looking for people to work on projects and technologies they are passionate about, so enthusiasm is critical.
