What we look for in our candidates.

We want to build the best possible team for each Extreme Blue™ project, so we look at three main factors across all geographies:

• Skills

  This is a short program with extremely challenging projects, so all teams are expected to hit the ground running.

• Experience

  MBA students must have some business experience; however, you do not need experience in running a start-up, nor do you need to be experienced in writing code. For technical students, we are looking for strong experience in a technical industry in Java™, Python, Javascript or C software development.

• Passion

  We are looking for people to work on projects and technologies they are passionate about, so enthusiasm is critical.
