IBM® Information On Demand 2012 leads as the premier cross-IBM conference bringing the Information & Analytics story together with Information Management, Business Analytics, Enterprise Content Management, and Business Leadership.
By participating in this promotion, customer companies have the opportunity to have one or more of their employees attend the conference with a complimentary registration.
For a limited time only, your company can receive one (1) no-charge registration to attend the IBM Information On Demand 2012 conference for every six (6) company employees that register to attend, other than yourself, at the Early Bird or Full Conference Price (approximate maximum value: $2,195 USD).
The IBM Information On Demand 2012 will be held from October 21, 2012 through October 25, 2012 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
In order to qualify, you must enroll your company in the promotion and obtain a unique company promotion code which must be used during the conference registration process. Conference registrations completed without the company promotion code will not qualify, and cannot be later updated to include the company promotion code.
Government Owned Entities (GOEs)* and IBM are not eligible to participate.

Conference registrations must be received by IBM on or after May 16, 2012, but no later than September 24, 2012.
Enrollments in the promotion must be completed, and company promotion codes obtained, prior to registration in the conference.

Prior to registering for the conference, you must enroll your company in the promotion and obtain a unique company promotion code.
To enroll, you must complete and submit a Company Promotion Code request form, available from the conference Web site:
You will receive your company promotion code, via e-mail, within three (3) business days of submitting your request.
You are responsible for ensuring that all employees in your company location use the company promotion code when registering for the conference.
You are also responsible for ensuring that you have the approval of your company to participate in this promotion.
IBM will determine all companies that qualify for no-charge registration(s), and provide you with notice of your company having qualified, if applicable, no later than September 28, 2012.
Notifications will include a unique promotion code that, when used, will provide a new conference registration at no charge.
Alternatively, if you have already registered at the Early Bird or Full Conference Price, you may request that the no-charge registration be applied to your own registration. If you request this, IBM will refund the price of your registration only, regardless of whether you registered at the Early Bird or Full Conference Price. Note: no-charge registrations cannot be applied to any of the qualifying six registrants.
If six employees of your company enroll with the company promotion code, your company will qualify for one no-charge conference registration. The no-charge registration can be given to a new registrant from your company, or can be applied as a refund to the price of your registration.
If twelve employees of your company enroll with the company promotion code, your company will qualify for two no-charge conference registrations. One no-charge registration can be applied as a refund to the price of your registration, but the other no-charge registration must be used by a new registrant from your company.
