Incentive Compensation Management V10.0.0 leverages IBM Design Thinking, which is a methodology applied to the design of IBM solutions that combines IBM knowledge, users of the Sales Performance Management (SPM) or Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions, and experienced technology designers, developers, and engineers to deliver a unified user interface with an improved user experience.

Incentive Compensation Management on Cloud V10.0.0 enhancements:

  • A complete redesign of the user interface in a modern, thin-client delivery model that provides a market-leading user experience.
  • Newly added capabilities to deploy easy-to-use reports in a mobile device with an administrative viewer called Pulse. Incentive Compensation Management on Cloud V10.0 updates:

  • A complete redesign of the user interface in a modern, thin-client delivery model that enhances the user experience. Modules with a redesigned interface include Administrator, Scheduler, Workflow Manager, Portal Access, Presenter, Composer, Scenarios, Process Lists, Calculation Wizard, Data Source Wizard, Activity, and Calculate (for example, Process and Notifications). The redesign unifies the user interface and improves the user experience.
  • Newly added capabilities to deploy easy-to-use reports in a mobile device with an administrative viewer called Pulse. Pulse allows for the tagging of data in the model to summarize, compare, and share reports. Once set up, administrators can quickly view individual reports and compare them to one another. Relevant report views can also be shared with front-line managers and payees where appropriate.

Authorized User

Authorized User is a unit of measure by which the program can be licensed. An Authorized User is a unique person who is given access to the program. The program may be installed on any number of computers or servers and each Authorized User may have simultaneous access to any number of instances of the program at one time. Licensee must obtain separate, dedicated entitlements for each Authorized User given access to the program in any manner directly or indirectly (for example, through a multiplexing program, device, or application server) through any means. An entitlement for an Authorized User is unique to that Authorized User and may not be shared, nor may it be reassigned other than for the permanent transfer of the Authorized User entitlement to another person.

Note: Some programs may be licensed where devices are considered users. In that case, the following applies. Any computing device that requests the execution of or receives for execution a set of commands, procedures, or applications from the program or that is otherwise managed by the program is considered a separate user of the program and requires an entitlement as if that device were a person.


Instance

Instance is a unit of measure by which the IBM SaaS can be obtained. An Instance is access to a specific configuration of the IBM SaaS. Sufficient entitlements must be obtained for each Instance of the IBM SaaS made available to access and use during the measurement period specified in client's Proof of Entitlement (PoE) or Transaction Document.


Access

Access is a unit of measure by which the IBM SaaS may be obtained. An Access is the rights to use the IBM SaaS. Client must obtain a single Access entitlement in order to use the IBM SaaS during the measurement period specified in client's PoE or Transaction Document.


Eligible Participant

Eligible Participant is a unit of measure by which the IBM SaaS can be obtained. Each individual or entity eligible to participate in any service delivery program managed or tracked by the IBM SaaS is an Eligible Participant. Client must obtain sufficient entitlements to cove all Eligible Participants managed or tracked by the IBM SaaS during the measurement period specified in client's PoE or Transaction Document.


Million Record Lines

Million Record Lines is a unit of measure by which the IBM SaaS can be obtained. A record is the data that represent any physical or electronic document managed by the IBM SaaS, including but not limited to call detail records, invoices, plans, purchase orders, quotes, receipts, returns, sales orders, schedules, and shipments. Record Lines are the line items within the record processed using the IBM SaaS. Client must obtain sufficient Million Record Line entitlements to cover the total number of Record Lines processed by the IBM SaaS during the measurement period specified in client's PoE.
