Remote technical support provided by Electronic Service Request (ESR), Software Maintenance contract, Electronic Incident Support (EIS), Lotus Web Support, IBM Support Line and other support agreements will be withdrawn.

Remote technical support provides product support services for new defects. All other elements of IBM support offerings will continue to be provided.
