Toll-free telephone and electronic access is available 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., your local time zone, with 24x7 optional coverage also available.

Description

IBM Remote Technical Support Services — Support Line for Linux with Linux Subscription provides support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Novell SUSE Linux Enterprise Server and includes:

  • Usage and installation questions
  • Product compatibility and interoperability questions
  • Interpretation of product documentation
  • Isolating the problem cause through a diagnostic information review
  • Configuration samples
  • IBM and other vendor database searches
  • Planning of software fixes
  • Access to electronic fixes, maintenance, and updates via the distributor's subscription service
