The offer
For a limited time only, you can receive a 40% discount off the One-Time
Charge (OTC) of selected eligible new IBM® i5/OS® or IBM i User Licenses for qualifying
IBM Power
Systems™ 520 Express™ servers, BladeCenter® JS12,
JS22, and JS23/JS43 Express blade servers.
Orders
for the eligible User Licensing must be received by IBM on or before December
16, 2009. Shipment from IBM must occur on or after October 20, 2009,
but no later than December 31, 2009.

The discount provided under the terms of this promotion applies to:
new orders for program number 5722-SSC or 5761-SSC that include an eligible
feature listed above, and
eligible features listed above when added to an existing license for 5722-SSC
or 5761-SSC via Miscellaneous Equipment Specification (MES).
In Canada, you are responsible for all applicable taxes such as Goods and
Services Tax (GST), Provincial Sales Tax (PST), Quebec Sales Tax (QST), and
other sales or value-added taxes which are extra.
