Effective July 28, 2009, the IBM® System Storage™ information infrastructure - information availability with virtualization solution offering has been modified.
The following change is being made with this announcement:
- the BP Announcement Letter number referenced in the Business Partner information section has been changed.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
This announcement supersedes Announcement Letter 309-505, dated January 13, 2009.
The offer
You can acquire selected eligible new IBM System Storage virtualization solutions at a 55% discount off the IBM Single Unit Purchase Price (SUPP) and One-Time Charge (OTC) of the products included in the solution.
In addition, as part of the same order, you can acquire selected optional eligible new software products at a 55% discount off the IBM OTC of the optional software products.
Note: IBM software maintenance No Charge Registrations included in the eligible solutions, and listed as optional products, remain no-charge.

Start and/or end dates
Orders for the eligible solutions and optional software products must be received by IBM on or after July 28, 2009.

Additional information/conditions
The offering discounts offered under the terms of this offering are applicable only to the fixed configurations and optional software listed in the Qualifying/Eligible products section of this announcement. If ordering optional software, total offering prices will be adjusted to include the optional software at applicable offering discounts.
Additional features and/or feature quantities must be ordered separately. Orders containing features or feature quantities in excess of those listed in the Qualifying/Eligible products section will not qualify for the offering discounts provided under the terms of this offering.
Additional products, such as the IBM System Storage Productivity Center, must also be ordered separately, if needed. Orders containing products beyond those listed in the Qualifying/Eligible products section will not qualify for the offering discounts provided under the terms of this offering.
