More than 85% of today's business information still resides in paper files, microfiche, and other costly storage methods, often the result of the introductory costs of implementing Content Management technologies. IBM's new Content Manager Entry Bundle provides an affordable way for small businesses to incorporate customer information, order details, payables records, inventory levels, legal files, and much more into a centralized electronic content repository, with easy user search and retrieval using standard Windows clients or browser access.
With the three components of the Content Manager Entry Bundle (described below) customer service representatives can quickly find and view customer correspondence, invoices, bill payments, monthly statements, or other customer-specific information online, while they are on the phone. This rapid, on-the-spot service enables superior call center services, and boosts productivity levels while lowering operational costs.
IBM's new Content Manager Entry Bundle consists of the following products, licensed through a simple "per concurrent user" pricing metric:
The Content Manger Entry Bundle is available from IBM and authorized IBM Resellers. For additional information on IBM's Content Manager Entry Bundle, go to:

IBM Hardware Ready: IBM supplies certain IBM products that include third-party software (preloaded or not) and/or third-party attached hardware. In these instances IBM is not in a position to assert that these third-party products are, in themselves, EuroReady.
Therefore, such IBM products will be designated as Hardware Ready.
