IBM® Implementation Services for disk systems - IBM System Storage^tm DS5000 and IBM Implementation Services for disk systems - ServicePac® standard implementation for DS5000 provide you with:

These implementation services provide the same service but vary in customization and how they can be ordered.

IBM Implementation Services for disk systems - ServicePac standard implementation for DS5000 is a ServicePac that can be ordered through an IBM Business Partner at time of the IBM Storage product sale. The ServicePac is a fixed scope, fixed price, including travel and living expense and cannot be customized.
IBM Implementation Services for disk systems - IBM System Storage DS5000 is offered as a standard service that can be ordered through IBM Global Services Inside Sales. This service is a fixed price, fixed scope, and can be customized if your requirements do not match the preselected scope offered with the ServicePac. With this standard offering, travel and living expenses are an additional charge, if travel is required.
