Software withdrawal: IBM WebSphere Transcoding Publisher V4 for Multiplatforms

Overview

Effective January 14, 2004, IBM will withdraw from marketing WebSphere^® Transcoding Publisher V4 for Multiplatforms and the following associated part numbers licensed under the IBM International Program License Agreement (IPLA).

On or after January 14, 2004, you can no longer obtain this program directly from IBM. You can obtain this program on an as-available basis through IBM authorized remarketers.

Transcoding functionality is available in other selected IBM products that are available for purchase. These include WebSphere Everyplace™ Access, WebSphere Portal, and WebSphere Everyplace Server — Service Provider Edition. For more information about IBM products that offer transcoding capabilities, contact an IBM Pervasive Computing specialist.

Replacement product information: There is no replacement product for WebSphere Transcoding Publisher V4.
