Software Withdrawal: IBM DirectTalk for Windows, V3.0 and Selected Voice Features — Replacements Available

Overview

Effective December 31, 2002, IBM will withdraw from marketing the programs licensed under the IBM International Program License Agreement (IPLA) which are listed in the Program Withdrawals section.

On or after the effective date of withdrawal, you can no longer order these products directly from IBM or an IBM Authorized Distributor.

Replacement Product Information

These programs are replaced by:

• WebSphere^® Voice Response for Windows NT^® and Windows^® 2000, V3.1 with DirectTalk^® Technology (program number 5724-C35)
• WebSphere Voice Server for AIX^® and Windows 2000, V3.1, which provides voice recognition and text-to-speech.
