Crystal Reports Special Edition
Crystal Reports lets you transform Tivoli® systems management data into interactive content and generate reports showing alerts, red flags, challenges, trends, and opportunities. With Crystal Reports Special Edition you can modify-and create new reports for all Tivoli products.
Crystal Enterprise Special Edition
Crystal Enterprise is a Web-based system for report delivery from the Tivoli Data Warehouse. Crystal Enterprise ePortfolio offers consumers a single Web application to access systems management information and can be integrated into Portal or OnDemand environments. Crystal Reports Special Edition is a desktop report creation tool that offers a visual environment for the design of highly formatted presentation-quality interactive reports from any Tivoli product.
Crystal Enterprise Special Edition is a server-based report repository and information delivery platform that allows access to and management of reports created using Crystal Reports Special Edition. Report access is through a zero client Web-based application that can be integrated into a portal or on-demand environment. Security can be integrated with any existing LDAP, Windows Active Directory, or Windows Domain security. Crystal Enterprise offers the scalability, reliability, and flexibility required from an enterprise solution.
Crystal Smart Reporting Technology Special Edition (requires Crystal Enterprise) extends the Crystal Enterprise framework to provide report modification and creation capabilities in a Web-based zero-client environment.

New licenses
Orders for new licenses will now be accepted and scheduled for shipment by the program supplier.
To order a basic license, specify the program number, and the one-time charge (OTC) feature and the desired quantity (maximum 250) corresponding to the number of copies. Also, specify the feature number of the desired distribution medium.
Product support charge (PSC): Standard maintenance and support which entitles the customer to defect support, product updates, upgrades, enhancements, new releases, and extended warranty support as described in the Business Objects License Agreement is available from the program supplier. The program supplier provides all program product services.

OTC: Customers who pay an OTC and a current PSC for a licensed program receive enhancements and future releases, if any, at no additional charge. Significant new function may be offered as an optional feature and charged for separately. If a replacement program is announced and the customer elects to license the replacement program for an OTC and replace the prior program, an upgrade charge may apply.
