| Overview |
WebSphere® Everyplace Access for Lotus® Domino (WEA for Lotus Domino) V4.3 provides synchronization of Lotus Domino Personal Information Manager (PIM) and e-mail functions. WebSphere Everyplace Access provides offline (synchronized) and online (connected) access to enterprise applications. With this tradeup to WebSphere Everyplace Access, you can take advantage of all the functions offered in WebSphere Everyplace Access V4.3 while protecting your initial investment in the limited function WEA for Lotus Domino.
If you have purchased a minimum of 300 user licenses for WEA for Lotus Domino via Passport Advantage®, you may trade up to a fully entitled WebSphere Everyplace Access V4.3 processor license. For each additional 300 WEA for Lotus Domino user licenses, you may purchase an additional tradeup to WebSphere Everyplace Access processor license.
The charge for each WebSphere Everyplace Access V4.3 processor license will be discounted 25% off the Passport Advantage price that you would normally pay. The exact price depends on your Passport Advantage Agreement level. The terms and conditions associated with WebSphere Everyplace Access V4.3 and Passport Advantage will apply.

WEA for Lotus Domino V4.3 is an excellent way for Lotus Domino customers to get started with a low-cost solution that provides the benefits of wireless access to PIM and e-mail applications for their mobile employees. There are unique licensing terms and some usage limitations associated with WEA for Lotus Domino.
When WEA for Lotus Domino customers are ready to take advantage of the full functions offered in WebSphere Everyplace Access V4.3, eligible customers may trade up to full entitlement licensing at a rate of one Everyplace Access processor license for each 300 WEA for Lotus Domino users licenses. The cost of each Everyplace Access license will be 75% of the Passport Advantage Agreement price they would normally pay for Everyplace Access V4.3.

This tradeup part number is being added to WebSphere Everyplace Access V4.3 and is available to customers who have purchased a minimum of 300 WEA for Lotus® Domino user licenses. For every 300 WEA for Lotus Domino user licenses purchased, a WEA for Lotus Domino customer may trade up to one full entitlement license for WebSphere Everyplace Access v4.3 for a discount of 25% off the Passport Advantage price they would normally pay for Everyplace Access V4.3. For example, a customer who has 600 WEA for Lotus Domino user licenses may purchase two Everyplace Access V4.3 licenses, each for the discounted price. A customer who has 1,000 WEA for Lotus Domino user licenses may purchase three full entitlement Everyplace Access V4.3 licenses, each for a 25% discount off of their normal Passport Advantage price.
