This is a follow-on product to Lotus® Domino™ for S/390 V5.5 (5655-B86). Lotus Domino for
S/390 V5.5 remains orderable and in service.

The announced program uses the security and auditability features of the host hardware or operating system software. The customer is responsible for evaluation, selection, and implementation of security features, administrative procedures, and appropriate controls in application systems and communication facilities. Current licensees of Lotus Domino for z/OS, V6.0 (5655-K36), must order this release via the
information in this section. Lotus Domino for z/OS, V6.5 replaces Lotus Domino for z/OS, V6.0.
New licensees
Orders for new licenses of Lotus Domino for z/OS, V6.5, can be placed now.
Lotus Domino for z/OS, V6.5, shipments will not occur before availability date.
Unless a later date is specified, orders entered before the planned availability date will be assigned a schedule date of one week following availability.
Shipment will begin on the planned availability date.

Basic license: To order a basic license, specify the program number and feature number for asset registration.
Single version charging: To elect single version charging, the customer must notify and identify to IBM the prior program and replacement program and the designated machine the programs are operating on.

The NLS CDROM includes English and the following translations: Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Thai, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Czech, Polish, Hungarian, Russian, Turkish, Greek, Arabic, Hebrew, Iberian Portuguese, and Brazilian Portuguese.
As refreshes (updates due to function and service) are provided to the above CDROMs, these will be automatically sent to customers on record for the above feature numbers.
Customization options: Select the appropriate feature numbers to customize your order to specify the delivery options desired. These features can be specified on the initial or MES orders.
Example: If publications are not desired for the initial order, specify feature number 3470 to ship media only. For future updates, specify feature number 3480 to ship media updates only. If, in the future, publication updates are required, order an MES to remove feature number 3480; then, the publications will ship with the next release of the program.
