e-Commerce Curriculum (Version II) (5620-FCQ)

Become familiar with the state of e-commerce today. This curriculum defines e-commerce and its elements. Also addressed are issues and technologies available for companies wishing to engage in e-commerce. Understand the relationship between costs and benefits.

This curriculum consists of five Skill Builder courses:

  • Introduction to e-Commerce
  • Evaluating e-Commerce Options
  • e-Commerce Security
  • e-Commerce Implementation Issues
  • Building an e-Commerce Business Case

Audience: Managers and technical staff in a position to provide e-commerce recommendations to executives

Introduction to Oracle: SQL and PL/SQL Using Procedure Builder Curriculum (Version III) (5620-FCR)

Gain expertise in relational databases and the SQL and PL/SQL programming languages. Learn how to create and maintain database objects and to store, retrieve, and manipulate data. In addition, create PL/SQL blocks of application code that can be shared by multiple forms, reports, and data-management applications.

This curriculum consists of four Skill Builder courses:

Training, Education, and On-Site Installation: These are self-study courseware products, employing a straightforward user interface. Installation is simple, requiring little interaction with the user, and student navigation within the course is accomplished by an easily learned graphical interface. Formal training is therefore not required. Technical assistance for installation and usage, if required, is provided by the IBM Learning Services Help Desk at 770-644-5050.

Program Support: NETg software includes a 90-day defect warranty.

Packaging: The products are packaged on CD-ROM. Media and documentation are shipped from IBM Learning Services.
