These are self-study courseware products, employing a
straightforward user interface. Installation is simple, requiring little
interaction with the user, and student navigation within the course is
accomplished by an easily learned graphical interface. Formal training
is therefore not required. Technical assistance for installation and
usage, if required, is provided by the IBM Learning Services Help Desk at
770-644-5050.

NETg software includes a 90-day defect warranty.
