IBM Connections customers can now upgrade to IBM Connections Enterprise Content Edition. With the availability of the IBM Connections Enterprise Content Edition for IBM Connections orderable part number, ECM capabilities can be added to existing social infrastructures at discounted pricing. IBM Connections customers can upgrade their operating environment with the addition of the FileNet Content Manager and Quickr Connectors products. The orderable trade up part number provides entitlement to a comparable number of user licenses for IBM Connections, FileNet Content Manager, and Quickr Connectors.
Now IBM Connections customers can leverage their powerful social tools with the addition of ECM capabilities for creation and management of accurate and relevant content. Both office document management and social collaboration are merged into a single environment for management of all content with the same social and enterprise tools.
IBM Connections Enterprise Content Edition is an integrated solution designed to provide extensive desktop and collaborative application integration between IBM Connections, IBM FileNet Content Manager, and IBM Lotus® Quickr Connectors. The IBM Connections Enterprise Content Edition for IBM Connections orderable part number provides IBM Connections customers with a cost efficient means to obtain integrated ECM Social capabilities while leveraging their existing IBM Connections investment.
