With IBM Unica eMessage, marketers can extend IBM Unica Campaign's best-in-class campaign management capabilities to deliver their email marketing campaigns through a world-class infrastructure that has been architected and maintained according to established industry best practices for the delivery of marketing email.

With IBM Unica eMessage, marketers can:

  • Focus more on email strategy and less on maintaining infrastructure: IBM Unica eMessage gives marketers the ability to launch and deliver email and other outbound digital campaigns without concerning themselves with the maintenance of the messaging infrastructure, allowing them to focus on targeting strategies and content creation. The quick turnaround of campaigns creates a seamless and interactive communication between customers and marketers, sustaining the customer's interest and the message's relevance and appeal.
  • Make email part of a cross-channel customer dialog: Utilizing their existing customer data where it sits now, marketers can define, manage, and execute highly targeted and timely communications and make email and other outbound digital messages part of an engrossing, cross-channel dialog with each and every customer. Campaigns targeted at predefined customer segments can be launched immediately or scheduled for automated delivery in the future.
  • Ensure delivery and readability of messages once sent: By integrating a host of email rendering and optimization tools, IBM Unica eMessage ensures marketers' message content will display as intended across the world's most important Internet service providers (ISPs) and mobile and desktop email clients.
