With deep skills in IBM System x® , System z® , Power Systems , and Storage solutions and technologies, IBM Systems Lab Services can help with your most difficult technical challenges. IBM Systems Lab Services exists to help you successfully implement emerging technologies so as to accelerate your return on investment and improve your satisfaction with your IBM systems and solutions.
One day of premium IBM Systems Lab Services (ISLS) consulting is available to clients and IBM Business Partners in support of IBM Systems solution integration efforts. This unit-based fee covers one day or eight person-hours of ISLS consulting, including travel and expenses. Example engagements include the following:
- IBM QuickStart Services for IBM PureFlex Standard solution
- IBM QuickStart Services for IBM PureFlex Express® solution
- IBM QuickStart Services for IBM PureFlex Enterprise solution
- IBM QuickStart Services for IBM SmartCloud Entry solution
One day of remote or local IBM Systems Lab Services consulting is available to clients and IBM Business Partners in support of the IBM Systems solutions. This unit-based fee covers one day or eight person-hours of ISLS consulting that is to be delivered remotely or locally, with no travel required by the delivery resources.
Users can select the required number of units of consulting needed for each engagement based on ISLS-supplied sizing per the client's requirements.

| Key prerequisites |
- No hardware or software prerequisites are required.
- IBM Systems Lab Services Sales Specialists (Opportunity Managers) must confirm scope and requirements and create a Statement of Work. Opportunity Managers can be contacted via email (stgls@us.ibm.com) or at
- A signed Statement of Work and IBM Agreement for Services, IBM Customer Agreement, or IBM International Customer Agreement for services is required before services are performed.
