Effective February 15, 2013, IBM® will withdraw from marketing, programs and features licensed under the IBM International Program License Agreement. Replacements are available. This change is being made to improve IBM order processing. On or after that date, you can no longer obtain this program directly from IBM . You can obtain this program on an as-available basis through IBM Remarketers.
