IBM PE Runtime Edition for Linux on x86 Architecture V1.3 is available in System x® ordering systems.

IBM PE Runtime Edition is a parallel runtime environment for a distributed cluster of selected IBM System x servers for technical computing workloads. It provides the core components to enable a user to develop, debug, and execute parallel applications such as applications using the industry-standard MPI.

Version 1.3 provides integration with IBM Platform LSF allowing:

Additionally, version 1.3 is supported with the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.3 operating system.

Clients with valid Software and Subscription contracts may elect to take electronic delivery of the latest release.
